A lovely, large and spacious two bedroomed apartment, conveniently located opposite Dún Laoghaire marina and the town's DART train station. Its dual aspect orientation, ensuring an abundance of natural light throughout.
Finished to an excellent standard, the entrance hall leads through to the large open plan kitchen / living / dining room with floor to ceiling windows and offers sea views from a large balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes integrated fridge freezers, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer plus hobs and oven. At the other end of the apartment are two bright double bedrooms that look out over the landscaped inner courtyard. The master bedroom is en-suite, with WC, Bath with Shower.
There’s a separate Shower Room and WC for guests. The apartment is just across the road from the seafront where you can enjoy coastal walks and a wide variety of maritime leisure facilities. Dun Laoghaire has a many shops including the Bloomfield Shopping Centre and the Pavilions making it a retail and leisure destination with a huge range of shops, cafes and restaurants.

The apartment was great. We should have stayed longer. Fantastic location. Steps from the train, the bus, the piers, the shops, restaurants and the water. Easy access into town and up and down the coast. Spacious and comfortable apartment. Lots of natural light - floor to ceiling windows! Would definitely stay there again.
